Spa Therapy Short Course
Are you already qualified in Massage, Beauty, Health & Skincare and want to upgrade your treatment offering?
On completion of the 2 year full time Diploma programme students may choose to register for the following short course/modular training programmes, for which they have the necessary pre-requisite subject knowledge, to further enhance their knowledge and experience of the health & skincare therapy industry
Course fees are provided upon request
Module
Spa Therapy - Practical and Theory 250 hours
Module Pre-Requisites:
- Qualified Therapists who have completed 1st and 2nd year Health and Skincare Diploma
Thesis Requirements for Spa Modular Course
- Learners are to select any beauty related topic and compile a TYPED thesis.
- The thesis must consist of 35 typed out pages utilizing font size 10 in the Tahoma font. The learners will each receive a criteria sheet detailing the requirements.

Practical Course

Body Brushing
5 clients to be treated twice each across the range of methods
Steam and Sauna
5 clients to be treated twice across the range of baths
Body Wraps and Masks
5 clients to be treated twice each across the range of methods listed in the syllabus
Hydrotherapy Treatment
5 clients to be treated twice each across the range of methods listed in the syllabus.
