Micro-needling (collagen induction therapy CIT), Lactic/Glycolic Acid Skin Peeling AND Dermaplaning treatments are becoming very popular amongst all therapists and clients. 

The Principle of Soma Sense Academy Menna Kleine is fully trained and qualified to introduce these courses to all Qualified Therapist and Salon Owners in the Beauty Industry. 

All bookings will take place on a Monday or by appointment as scheduled either at Soma Sense Academy or arrangements can be made for on-site training at the Salon/Spa. Travelling costs are excluded.

Collagen induction therapy, also known as micro-needling, derma-rolling, or skin needling, is a cosmetic procedure that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Micro-needling is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores.

• This course requires 5x case studies after completion of 1 session at Soma Sense, and successfully completing exams.

A chemical peel works by using a chemical — in this case, lactic acid or Glycolic Acid  — on bare skin. It removes the top layer of skin (epidermis). Some stronger formulas may also target the middle layers of skin (dermis).

Our training involves the application of 30% Lactic Acid or 30% Glycolic Acid depending on the skin condition
